While I offer online therapy and telephone sessions, sometimes it helps to step away from the four walls of an office.
My practice is based at Morthana Farm, a peaceful smallholding near the North Coast of Cornwall, surrounded by open fields, country lanes, farmland and wide skies. It is a quiet, green setting where the pace of everyday life naturally seems to slow down.
The countryside is very much part of the experience. You may see sheep grazing in the fields, hear birdsong from the surrounding trees or simply take a moment to enjoy the openness and fresh air.
A Different Kind of Therapy Setting
Morthana Farm, Cornwall

Therapy, your way
For those who prefer a more traditional setting, sessions take place in a private and comfortable shepherd's hut, tucked amongst the trees on the smallholding.
But you don't have to sit in an office to talk.
If you find it easier to think, talk and reflect while walking, we can take therapy outdoors with a walk-and-talk session. The surrounding fields, quiet country lanes and farmland provide space to move, breathe and talk without the formality of sitting opposite someone in a therapy room.
Outdoor therapy isn't about having to walk a certain distance or keep moving throughout the session. We can pause, sit, walk or simply take in the surroundings, whatever feels comfortable for you.

Whether you're sitting in the shepherd's hut or walking through the countryside, the aim is to create a space away from the noise and demands of everyday life.
Open skies. Green fields. Fresh air. A little more space to think.
Sometimes a change of setting can help us see things from a different perspective.
Sessions are available online or in person at Morthana Farm, with outdoor therapy available for those who would prefer to talk while walking.
